Beautiful work by Raoul De Keyser. It is a mixed technique (etching and watercolor) on paper. 50 copper etchings were made, all of which were hand-touched/coloured by the artist with different colors of watercolour. Each work is therefore unique. The edition was donated by the artist to Whitechapel Gallery in London on the occasion of a solo exhibition. The work is monographed, dated and numbered at the front. The work was fully signed at the back. The work is beautifully framed floating. A recess has been made in the frame at the back so that the artist's signature is also visible.
